How it works

Each solution commences with the identification of a problem, desire, or need. Our initial step involves meeting with you to distinctly and succinctly define the problem or issue at hand. To facilitate this, we request that every engagement be preceded by the completion of our Client Intake form. Subsequently, upon reviewing the provided information, we'll pose a series of relevant questions tailored to your specific situation.

Once we've gathered sufficient details, the sequence of actions may include (though not necessarily in this sequence):

  • Meet with you

  • Review the information

  • Discovery phase (may include additional meetings with process owners)

  • Draft a plan, develop estimates and submit a contract for review and approval

  • Begin work

How we work

Our work is entirely virtual although if the need arises, we can coordinate an in person visit. Depending on your situation, work can be performed on our own equipment. However, for security and other reasons we prefer our staff, who is working on your particular project, be equipped with your business sanctioned/approved software and hardware.

Our Prices

We employ a pricing model tailored to the type of service and the nature of the engagement. Prices may be quoted on an hourly, project, or plan basis. The negotiable price hinges on the nature of the work and resources required, and your specific situation. These details will be outlined in the contract provided for your review and signature before commencing work.

Billing and Payment

Billing will be determined by the nature of the engagement and an agreed-upon schedule. We accept wire transfers, direct deposits, and checks.

Right to Decline/Deny Service

 

In the U.S., federal law grants businesses the right to refuse service. We reserve the right to decline/deny service in compliance with all applicable Federal and State statutes.
